L5 Lab makes strategic investment in Smart Systems
Lagos, Nigeria (February 18, 2010February 3, 2010) – L5Lab, the Africa-focused
technology business incubator , has made a strategic investment in Smart Systems
Limited, an indigenous Nigerian software start-up firm. L5Lab is a business incubator
focused on building exceptional businesses in the fast growing mobile and internet space in Nigeria. Smart Systems has developed MySchool360, an automated school-
administration and parents’ academic-progress-monitoring solution. Smart Systems
competence is in conceptualizing and delivering to clients, customized business automation software products that help business owners focus on the important things necessary to grow their businesses.

Prior to founding Smart Systems, Idowu began his career in software development as a Software Analyst with Infosoft Nigeria Limited, a leading provider of business intelligence systems to blue chip companies in Nigeria and beyond. He was head of software development at GPS Limted and was an e-business consultant with Nextzon.
